Delivery

Delivery & costs

We currently deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Standard shipping costs are €4.25 for a letterbox parcel and €7.18 for a package.
For orders over €48.00, we will cover the shipping costs, and you will benefit from free shipping .

Delivery time

If you place your order today, it will most likely be delivered to your home the very next day.

Cancel & Modify

As soon as your order is placed, we will quickly start packing your package.
If you still need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible via support@faironics.com

This can happen, for example, in the following situations:

  • • You notice a mistake was made shortly after placing your order and want to cancel the order.
  • • You want to change your delivery address before the package is shipped.
  • • You have received a shipping confirmation but see an error (always check your spam folder as well).

Track your order

After shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to easily follow the status of your order.
Would you prefer to have more control over the delivery yourself? Then download the PostNL app , where you can set your delivery preferences.

Good to know:

  • • We cannot adjust the delivery time ourselves once the package is en route.
  • • You can change the delivery details or have your package delivered to a collection point via the PostNL app.
  • • Please note: if your package is not collected at the collection point, it will be returned to us. In that case, we will charge you for the costs incurred.
