Return

Return process

At Faironics, we place great value on quality and customer satisfaction. However, it may happen that you want to return a product. No problem, we'll gladly make the process as easy as possible.

To register your return, please send an email to support@faironics.com . Once your request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions from us.

Important: If you choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL point or collection point, please ensure that you collect the package within 7 days. If the package is not collected on time and is returned to us, we will charge a processing fee of €5.95 (shipping and administrative costs), which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

This also applies when an address has been filled in incorrectly.

Return policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt. Within this period, you can return an unused product. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • • The product is in its original packaging.
  • • The item is unused and in saleable condition. We do not accept returns of damaged or used products.

Return costs

If an item is damaged or if a mistake has been made during delivery, we will reimburse the return costs. This includes situations where you have received the wrong product or where a product has been delivered defective or damaged. In that case, we ask you to always contact us first via support@faironics.com . If you return a product because it does not fully meet your expectations, the return costs are at your own expense and you must pay the return label in advance.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, you can choose between a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit that you can use for a future order. Refund processing usually takes five to seven business days after we receive your return.
